Decisions that draw on what the firm already knows: what it decided before, why, and what happened next. Every answer is sourced and limited to what the person asking may see.

The problem
The firm's knowledge and its past decisions were spread across documents and people. Making a new decision meant reconstructing what had been decided before and why, and checking who was allowed to see the evidence.
The engineering
Designed and implemented permission-aware ingestion, combined search and knowledge-graph retrieval, source-linked research, and a decision memory. Added precedent-grounded forecasting that declines to answer where the record holds no precedent, and connected the system to the firm's live meetings so they draw on firm memory and improve it.
The result
For a large private equity firm, ninety days from an empty index to a production system running on the firm's real records in its own cloud environment, used live by its leadership. It covers a large enterprise document collection through roughly fifty governed tools, and every answer is limited to what the person asking is allowed to see.

The problem
A transcript alone leaves people to reconstruct what was decided, follow up on open questions, and compare spoken figures with prior material.
The engineering
Built live transcription and analysis, persistent session history, decision and action tracking, and document-aware assistance. Integrated firm-memory lookup and checks of spoken figures against the record.
The result
Engineering closed ahead of plan. We then held the build frozen while waiting on an external dependency, rather than add risk. The frozen build ran 41 consecutive days unattended with zero incidents and no restarts. Delivery included migration and operating documentation.

From an RFQ to a reviewable quote
Extract requirements, identify gaps, and draft a response using approved business context.
The problem
Manual quote preparation requires someone to reconcile a request with pricing, capabilities, customer history, and missing information.
The engineering
Built a staged extraction, analysis, and drafting workflow with persisted progress, retry paths, human review, and outcome recording. Developed examples for aviation and technical services.
The result
The prototype processes representative requests into drafts and demonstrates how a reviewer can approve the output and record an outcome.

Assemble cited report sections, tables, and supporting images from a collection of source documents.
The problem
Specialists spend time copying values, locating supporting images, and formatting recurring technical reports before substantive review can begin.
The engineering
Developed document extraction and report-assembly workflows that produce structured sections, tables, source references, and editable Word output.
The result
The prototype demonstrates a route from source files to a report ready for a specialist's review, with traceability back to the input material.
